Being & Belonging: Cross-border pilot early years initiative

This is a brand new project, funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs Reconciliation Fund.
Kids' Own, in partnership with Early Childhood Ireland and Early Years - the organisation for young children, Northern Ireland, is delivering this pilot programme, the aim of which is to develop a strong north-south interagency framework that supports and celebrates creativity, diversity, inclusion and family learning and to build a network that supports a culture of mutual respect and understanding within the home and wider community.
Four artists are working with four parent & toddler groups, north and south of the border. Their engagement is exploratory in nature and each artist will be documenting their work and process on Practice.ie.
